Our client, a leading HVAC wholesale distributor, is seeking a Counter Sales-HVAC to join their team. As a Counter Sales-HVAC, you will be part of the sales department supporting customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong retail sales experience, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales-HVAC

Location: Elmsford, NY

Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm & Some Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

What's the Job?
      Must have HVAC knowledge/sales experience

Promptly assist customers at the counter, providing information and taking orders. Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times, treating customers and associates with respect. Perform data entry on the computer system, including customer orders and inventory management. Answer telephones professionally, assisting customers and resolving any issues they may have. Continuously update product knowledge to meet customer needs effectively.

What's Needed?
Must have HVAC knowledge/sales experience

Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
