What you will do:

Provide knowledgeable, courteous, timely, efficient, and top-quality customer service via in person counter sales, and by fielding text, email & phone inquiriesTrouble shoot, select, source and pick electrical motors, pumps, fans and blowers, including the various related parts and componentsEntering, processing, picking, and submitting sales orders and quotesProcessing POS cash, debit and credit paymentsProcessing returns following established proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAdhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practicesParticipate in semi-annual inventory countsParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule which provides opportunity for a boost in compensationOther duties as assigned

What you will bring:

Previous 1 to 2 years of sales experience is requiredIndustry related, trades or relevant experience is a definite assetPrior customer service experience is requiredProven organizational, problem solving and communication skillsExperience working independently and in a team environmentA willingness to learn and take on new challengesDemonstrated ability to maintain and grow existing business relationships and establishing new onesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood Computer knowledge
