Experience: • Should have 1-5 years of working experience as a trainer/counselor/Optometrist/Sales domain with thorough understanding of managed care. • An Optometrist with an experience of delivering trainings is preferred. • Proficiency in English, Hindi and knowledge of local language-Bengali is desirable. • Should be comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model – virtual & in-person.
