We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support occupational therapists in delivering high-quality care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives. Assist occupational therapists in patient assessments within the scope of state practice acts. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment interventions. Implement treatment plans developed by occupational therapists using evidence-based practices. Administer and record standardized tests as directed by the occupational therapist. Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients of all ages under OT supervision. Rotate through treatment areas or facilities as needed to support organizational needs. Supervise clinical support staff in accordance with state regulations. Accurately complete charge and statistical documentation for services rendered. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the occupational therapist promptly
