Job Summary:
5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

Responsibilities: Create and maintain costume style records annually in the GUS+ system for Gus/Yunique Entertainment, enabling the team to input attributes an complete the costume setup processManage and maintain costume sizing data to ensure accurate fit and performance readiness for Gus/Yunique Entertainment productionsSupport the implementation and ongoing enhancements of costuming operations applications, including but not limited to assisting with data migration, conducting UAT testing and participating system upgrades and project meetings as requiredMaintain and regularly update the Costume Search Engine to support entertainment operational planning and reportingPerform data standardization in GUS+ by aligning garment naming conventions for consistency, usability, and data qualityMaintain and update user guides and system documentation (e.g., for GUS+, RFID handhelds, LockerGM) to ensure correct and consistent usage by end usersAssist in hardware testing (e.g., Zebra handheld devices) to ensure compatibility, usability, and functionality within costuming operationsAssist in report design, testing, and data analysis to support informed decision-making.Provide support in costume planning activitiesWork independently, proactively identifying issues and proposing effective solutions to improve systems, workflows, and data quality Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehouse operations, or costume distribution is preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and basic supervisory skillsDetail-oriented with strong numerical sense and analytical abilitiesA team player with a positive service attitudeAble to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Power BIGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
