Costpoint Labor Specialist (TEMP)
Job Description Title: Costpoint Labor Specialist (TEMP) *fully remote Can sit in any timezone, managers sit EST Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • As a result of a major Costpoint system conversion, there is a need for a specialist/junior analyst to enter large volume of Manual timesheet corrections into Costpoint. • Work with Project Controllers and Accounting staff to reconcile project setup, account and org errors. • Possess the knowledge and experience to correctly set up/understand the setup of accounts, projects and employee organizational structure along with their accurate linking in Costpoint. • Troubleshoot issues that arise due to project set-up or account/org issues • Candidate should have experience in Deltek Costpoint and Time 10 Education, Skills and Experience: • Preferred minimum 5 years experience supporting Deltek Time and Expense. • Preferred experience processing timesheets and resolving labor billing issues in the Costpoint People domain. • Preferred working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing. • Solid skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Desire to learn new financial tools and processes. Professional Skills: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
