Responsibilities As the Costing Analyst, this role is a Control contact responsible for providing central oversight of the Quaker, Gatorade, TBG, PCNA and Frito Lay Warehouse product costing function. This role is responsible for creation and maintenance of PMD (Production Master Data) and standard costing. This role works closely with various cross-functional teams (including Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, Data Management Organization (DMO), etc.) Perform standard costing functions, including costing runs for field locations as well as national average costing. Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and other PMD for new copack innovations. Assist and provide direction to Operations on issues relating to bill of materials and costing. Complete master data requests received via SAP workflow and the Central Costing SPA box. Support Team Members with development of Annual Operating Plan by partnering with Operations, Supply Chain Finance, and Contract Manufacturing Managers. Support any initiatives to improve accuracy of standard costs, identify root cause of recurring costing errors, and resolve system-related issue impacting internal control. Collaborate with counterparts in Manufacturing, Planning, and Global Procurement to support cross-functional process improvements. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance. 0-2 years Finance or Cost Accounting experience. Experience with SAP Product Costing a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
