Cost/ Schedule Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Cost/Schedule Analyst to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights. Working closely with project managers and finance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and identifying risks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecastsMonitor cost and schedule performance; identify variancesSupport earned value management (EVM) reportingCollaborate with project and finance teamsPrepare progress reports and dashboardsParticipate in risk assessments and mitigation planning

Who are you?

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You’ll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field5+ years’ experience in project controlsProficiency in Primavera P6 and ExcelFamiliarity with EVM and critical path analysisStrong analytical and communication skillsEligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
