About You:
As our Procurement/Cost Manager, you will lead an existing team, provide strategic cost advice, and ensure financial efficiency across all our store projects. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end product design, procurement processes, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and drive the existing Procurement team. Provide expert cost management advice and guidance throughout the business. Champion excellence in cost planning, commercial management, and financial efficiency alongside our Project Management team. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, continuously expanding our offerings. Deliver strategic cost advice for all aspects of our dynamic store projects. Ensure outstanding profitability, quality, and sales team satisfaction across all engagements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of all store fixtures, goods, and services. Oversee the timely placement of orders and contracts, aligning with planned and forecasted demand. Take full ownership of product design, procurement processes, and the entire supply chain. Conduct essential supplier visits both within the UK and internationally.Who We're Looking For:
