Job Title: Senior Estimator Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate estimates for various construction projects, ensuring the effective management of costs and resources. Responsibilities + Prepare estimates by calculating statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs. + Define and quantify the scope of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects. + Review and research historical data, compiling summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates. Essential Skills + 8+ years of estimating experience. + Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering. + Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. + Experience in estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities. + Ability to work with cross-functional teams. + Experience in client-facing roles, project management, and construction management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in commercial construction and Revit. + PMP certification. + Professional Engineer (PE) license. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr.
