We are currently searching for a Cost Engineer to work on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Role Overview
• Develop and oversee project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide cost-effective estimates aligned with schedules and execution plans.
• Ensure accurate cost management and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze cost variances and support effective decision-making.
• Manage invoices and execute cost control and performance management strategies.
• Support cash management, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Apply risk and internal control measures to financial processes.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., AACE, PMP, CCE) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cost engineering, project cost control, or a similar role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors preferred.
• Strong competencies in invoice management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk control.
