This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, reports, and budget forecasts, contributing to monthly and annual closings, and enhancing internal control systems. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions, improve profitability, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. This is a high-impact role that combines financial expertise with business acumen to drive operational excellence. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field + Experience in cost accounting and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment + Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively + Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools **Required Qualifications** + 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, working independently + Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making + Demonstrated competence in budgeting, compliance management, and reporting + Post-secondary non-tertiary education in finance, accounting, or a related discipline **Position Overview** The Plant Finance Analyst will operate within established systems to manage financial control processes, deliver data-driven insights, and support internal and external stakeholders with accurate and timely information. Key responsibilities include: + Preparing financial reports and forecasts + Participating in monthly and yearly closings + Designing and managing budget processes + Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements + Supporting cost evaluations and profitability analysis + Contributing to financial policy development and operational compliance + Engaging in special projects and continuous professional development This role demands a strong commercial mindset, resilience, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
