Airswift is currently looking for a Cost Controller to work with our client an Oil and Gas COMPANY

Position Cost Controller
Starting date: July 2025
• Duration: 12 MONTH RENEWABLE
• Location: Saint Quentin en Yvelines (78) - France

ACTIVITIES :
  Provide support to all activities related to Cost Control of the FPSO package under the supervision of the FPSO Cost Control Lead Responsible to prepare and deliver Cost Report including cost forecast calculation, cost exposure estimates and to process invoices Proactively interface with contract and technical representatives to forecast any cost deviation & escalation, in particular with the large contract amount in cost + fee / remeasurable / adjustable / provisional in a volatile environment Prepare, analyze, evaluate, process and present information relating to FPSO budget and Cost control activities.

DELIVERABLE:

The job holder is responsible for the execution, under the supervision of the cost control lead, of all activities related to Budget and Cost Management for the FPSO during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases, i.e.: To participate to the FPSO cost follow up according to rules, procedures and Project/TEPA requirements To coordinate with the package cost control lead and other stakeholder from C&P department the effectiveness of the UNISUP system, the Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Contracts (and Call-off) for the FPSO package external services To monitor commitments and expenditures/work performed in UNISUP To process invoices and update the payment schedule in respect of payment terms for the main EPSCC contract and other PO’s under the responsibility of the FPSO package To close out in UNISUP the commitments according to accounting and SOX procedures Contribute to the various budgets and successive updates (Multiyear Budgets) with inputs from the FPSO Package team, during periodic budget sessions Prepare the cost forecast (EFC) activities following the different payment terms and associated risk of volatility Prepare and issuance of the Cost Control reports highlighting the FPSO costs trends and drifts, after package management validation The job holder shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality of data related to budget and cost data all along the course of the Project.
The Job holder shall demonstrate a proactive behavior in collection of information from contract and technical team members
The job holder reports to the FPSO cost control lead and if needed functionally to the Project Cost Control Company representative and TEPA Accounting department.
The job holder shall gather ‘lessons learnt’ with regards to Cost Control matters and to provide feedback to other  entities as required
The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, and with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy

TECHNICAL REAUIREMENTS:
  Cost Control Basics knowledge applied to industrial project (multi year budget) SAP (UNISUP) and Excel proficiency Similar position on other E&P projects Intercultural / interpersonal skills / Listening / boldness English fluent

CONTEXT:
Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast -track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).? 
The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO ( 75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading)?with a contextualized Technical Referential.? ?
