Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Cost Controller to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will increase the profitability of the Operational Departments by providing timely management information related to consumptions, items list, pricing and any other indicator that impacts property’s profit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Issues, on daily basis, flash food cost reports, provides relevant information regarding unusual movements or results. Spot checks accuracy of transfers, credits, fruit baskets, amenities etc.Prepare month end Cost Control reports & reconciliations. Ensure cost of sales figures are reflected accurately in P&L. Issues bi-monthly the beverage cost/potential report within three days of inventory date.Checks slow moving items and report them to the Assistant Director of F&B /Executive Chef for appropriate action.Updates menu costing and issues food potential cost reports for one outlet every two months or as directed. Refers high-cost items to the Assistant Director of F&B /Executive Chef for appropriate action.Updates costing prior to menu revisions.Sets up effective control systems where needed in coordination with the Director of Finance and the Assistant Director F&B.
