Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking applicants for a Cost Analyst responsible for consolidated reports and analysis concerning costs. This includes operational financial reporting, bookings, inventories, manufacturing, labor, materials, CAPEX, profit planning and cost variance analysis. This role will work on problems of limited to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. This role is an on-site position with some travel required. Job Location: Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts. What you will be doing: + Development and maintenance of standard manufacturing cost files for all manufactured products for pricing, inventory and scrap valuation purposes + Maintains variable cost files and price/volume variance analysis by product + Establishes uniform and consistent procedures to control and report inventory valuation (materials, labor and overhead) including inventory re-valuation and adjustments + Coordinates development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and directs labor fringe cost allocations and labor/material distribution and purchase price variance analysis. + Establishes uniform and consistent procedures to control and report Capital spending + Other responsibilities as required What you will bring along: + 3-5 years of financial analysis experience + Bachelor’s Degree required + Willing to travel What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
