Let’s grow together, enjoy more, and inspire each other. **Work #LikeABosch** + **Reinvent yourself:** At Bosch, you will evolve. + **Discover new directions** : At Bosch, you will find your place. + **Balance your life:** At Bosch, your job matches your lifestyle. + **Celebrate success:** At Bosch, we celebrate you. + **Be yourself:** At Bosch, we value values. + **Shape tomorrow:** At Bosch, you change lives. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + Strategic Decision Support: Provide actionable cost insights and scenario analysis to influence operational and strategic decisions. + Advanced Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing cost structures (material, labor, overhead) and identify cost drivers impacting profitability. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Industrial Engineers and Operations to validate cost assumptions, optimize processes, and improve efficiency. + Performance Management: Own cost KPIs and lead monthly reviews with plant leadership, linking operational metrics (scrap, yield, machine utilization) to financial outcomes. + Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations, including predictive modeling for cost trends. + Standard Costing & Inventory: Maintain accurate standard costs, inventory valuation, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. + New Product Launch Support: Develop cost models for new product introductions and engineering changes, ensuring profitability targets are met. + Digitalization & Analytics: Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize cost trends and support digital initiatives in cost tracking and reporting. + Continuous Improvement: Drive cost-saving opportunities through lean initiatives, process improvements, andproactive risk mitigation strategies. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA Preferred) + 3+ years of cost accounting experience in Tier 1 automotive or complex manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and lean principles. + Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); experience with BI tools preferred. + Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. + Ability to lead cross-functional projects and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement. + Experience managing quality, safety and environmental management systems preferred. **Additional Information** **Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
