Lead and manage all cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting.\nDevelop and maintain accurate product costing models and ensure alignment with operational processes.\nAnalyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.\nPartner with operations and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.\nOversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes.\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed cost analysis and insights.\nEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to cost accounting.\nMentor and develop junior accounting staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \nMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems \nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
