System One is assisting a Tulsa Manufacturing company with a search for a Cost Accountant II/Senior Accountant for a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities: + Maintain and update standard costs (materials, labor, overhead) within the ERP system + Perform cost/variance analysis (actual vs. standard), identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions + Prepare gross profit and cost reporting, highlighting trends and key performance indicators + Support inventory control (transaction review/reconciliation, reserves, cycle counts, physical inventory) + Provide costing support for new products/projects, including pricing impact and make vs. buy analysis + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and overhead rate planning + Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements and support audit/compliance needs Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) + 5–10+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment + Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory flow, margin/variance analysis, and cost allocation + Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel + CPA or CMA preferred + Strong communication skills—able to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders Salary: $80K - $100K Ref: #208-Rowland Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
