Cost Accountant
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Setting up standard cost for new parts created in the system throughout the year + Performing monthly inventory reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, proposing corrections, and following up on aged items to clear them per audit principles + Opening tickets with technical teams to resolve system issues + Acting as key finance representative during annual inventory stock count and ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements + Participating in annual standard cost review process + Verifying negative stock items and zero-costed items + Preparing variation reports and following up with Operations for explanations + Preparing purchase price variation reports and collaborating with Operations for comments + Performing regular checks on inventory transactions, deliveries, consumptions, and manufacturing resources + Supporting month-end schedule with journal entries to report inventory and manufacturing costs accurately + Participating in statutory and internal audits, owning submissions, and providing timely responses + Acting as subject matter expert in software implementation projects alongside cost controller + Partnering with factory departments (planning, materials, warehouse, quality) on inventory matters + Preparing additional information to support factory objectives + Working on ad hoc projects focused on continuous process improvement + Communicating effectively with local, European, and Business Unit management **Who You Are:** You have a sophisticated style seen as being direct and truthful!
