Duties Include: * Oversee product costing and develop detailed cost structures and reporting * Manage and analyze input costs for products and operations * Reconcile inventory records on a regular basis to ensure accuracy between systems and financial reports * Streamline inventory processes and implement standardized reporting tools * Track and evaluate production cycles, comparing results against budgets and forecasts * Develop and maintain consolidated forecasts related to key operational inputs * Monitor production efficiency and assess output quality metrics * Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate tracking of material needs * Analyze cost absorption and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement * Lead periodic inventory counts and strengthen inventory control procedures * Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource use * Monitor inventory valuation and support accurate financial reporting * Manage intercompany inventory transactions and ensure proper reconciliation
