Job Description

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems tailored to telecom operations, including network assets, service provisioning, and customer support.Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs for infrastructure projects, service rollouts, and operational activities.Perform cost variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.Monitor and reconcile inventory and asset capitalization related to telecom equipment and installations.Assist in pricing strategies by providing cost-based analysis for new services and packages.Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed cost models.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).5+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or telecom environment.Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
