About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager with strong leadership capabilities to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing payroll processes for US upmarket clients. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships and driving continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete payroll lifecycle for assigned clients, from data input through to month-end reporting, ensuring compliance with all pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain daily and periodic communication with clients to address payroll queries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Identify, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues promptly, delivering effective solutions to client queries. Collaborate with the Implementation team to assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of payroll systems during pre-live stages. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and integration. Escalate critical issues to immediate supervisors in a timely manner and keep them informed of operational status and challenges. Lead and mentor the payroll team by sharing best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving team performance. Continuously review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ##LI-DNI

Qualifications & Skills: 3+years of experience in payroll management with a solid understanding of payroll processing methodologies. Experience managing payroll in one or more of the following regions: US and Canada region Strong client management and communication skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and managing escalations effectively. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
