Corrective Actions and Assessment Specialist
**Job Summary/Purpose** Responsible for the execution of the Operating Experience Program, Corrective Action Program, Assessment and Benchmark Program, and the Trending Program to meet or exceed industry standards of excellence. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** + Daily administration of the Operating Experience Program and Corrective Action Program. + Training and assisting Department Performance Improvement Coordinators (DPIC) with their duties. Interface with regulatory and industry representatives on behalf of station activities. Communicate technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing. Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization. Participate in the shared resources program. + Working with line departments to schedule and implement self-assessment and benchmarking initiatives. Administration of Senior Assessment Review Boards (SARB), Corrective Action Review Boards (CARB) and Corrective Action Review Group (CRG). + Screening, dissemination, and tracking of reports, evaluations and corrective actions. Performance of apparent and root cause evaluations. + Periodically trending issues identified in the Corrective Action Program. Enhance communications by performing a liaison function between various workgroups. Develop and revise procedures in accordance with current regulatory and administrative requirements. + Coaching site personnel on process requirements and expectations. Perform reviews and audits of work performed by various organizations. Propose time-saving tooling and work methods. Conduct pre-job planning meetings. **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum education required for the position** B.S.
