Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field ORAssociate’s degree with 4+ years recruiting experience ORHigh school diploma with 8+ years recruiting experienceRecruiting Expertise:Minimum 2 years full-cycle exempt-level recruitingExperience coaching and influencing hiring managersProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (preferably iCIMS)Skills & Competencies:Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive with strong prioritization skillsAdvanced knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting, compliance, job analysis, and compensation trendsResourceful in leveraging technology, social media, and search automation toolsAbility to quickly assimilate technical information and balance business needs with financial constraintsOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills and ability to interact at all organizational levelsProven track record as a talent advisor with a consultative service mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCritical thinking and change management capabilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master of Business AdministrationRecruiting or Sourcing Certification (i.e., AIRS CIR etc.)Formal sales training, formal advanced recruiting trainingCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 (based on experience level), 10% bonus opportunity Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
