Job Description
Proactively engage with applicants and hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle to find the best talent for the organization. Drive talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies and manage customer/partner expectations.Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and position requirements, serving as a trusted talent partner.Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Human Resources Information Systems, Talent Management, Compensation, and Total Rewards.Post job openings on our applicant tracking system as well as on all other media resources including online employment job boards and social media.Screen and source both active and passive candidates in person, via phone, and virtually, including conducting behavioral-based interviews for positions ranging from entry-level to high-level.Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date.Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including coordinating travel for out-of-state candidates.Work with the compensation team to develop salary job offers. Once confirmed, extend and negotiate salary job offers to selected candidates.Participate in the training and mentoring of new talent acquisition team members and support the continued development of Talent Acquisition Specialists, including sourcing and recruitment tactics.Administer background checks and new hire paperwork processes such as employment verification/education verification, reference checks, and pre-employment drug tests.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.Essential Skills
3+ years’ experience recruiting in a medium to large organization, successfully executing manager-level and above searches.Experience using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft and conducting behavioral-based interviews.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.Demonstrated knowledge in using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.Experience in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and internal talent acquisition in a generalist recruiting role.Experience supporting a diverse set of positions, including Supply Chain and Procurement roles such as buyers and sourcing specialists.Work Environment
In-office work from Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm. Fridays are remote.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $38.46/hr.
