The Corporate Strategy Associate role is instrumental in shaping our company’s long-term strategic direction.  This role primarily focuses on supporting the Request for Information (RFI) process by managing and responding to RFIs from clients, while also handling essential administrative tasks, including but not limited to tracking and updating cost base information, as well as supporting finance tasks such as invoicing and payment collections. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Corporate Strategy Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: + Support the Request For Information (RFI) process, to include but not limited to: + RFI Management: Co-ordinate and prepare incoming RFIs, ensuring responses are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time. + Database Maintenance: Maintain and update RFI Tracker, Library and supporting documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy of content. + Collaboration: Work closely with company Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather necessary information for RFI responses if not available in RFI Library. + Quality: Review responses for clarity, completeness, and alignment with client requirements. + Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline RFI processes and enhance efficiency. + Support essential administrative tasks, to include but not limited to: + Cost Base: Maintain and update pricing databases on a regular basis as defined by management. + Finance: Assist with the monthly invoice run including submitting all client invoices on a timely basis and payment collection to ensure invoices are paid within agreed payment terms for a few days each month. Minimum Educational Qualifications: + Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare / Life Sciences / Business or industry experience in Central Lab is also considered acceptable. Minimum Qualifications: + Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in complex project service industries. + Experience in Customer Service / Laboratory, preferred. + Experience in a laboratory, healthcare, or scientific setting is preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. + Fluent in English. + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following: + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. + Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment. + Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
