GENERAL FUNCTION

The Senior Manager, NA Customer Giving is responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to grow existing customer giving campaigns, valued at over $7MM annually, while leveraging OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation’s opportunity to expand customer giving revenue opportunities more broadly in untapped channels across North America. The position will be responsible for deeper engaging retail customers at the point-of-sale to donate and convert individual donors to long-term OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation supporters.

This position will be forward facing and asked to travel to represent the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation at key engagements. The individual who assumes this role should plan for up to 20% travel and be comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Development and execution of a customer giving strategy that leverages best in class fundraising practices to deliver results Grow OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation’s customer giving campaigns, including managing the optimization of the current strategy through data analysis of current trends and gaps in opportunities Develop a comprehensive strategy that focuses on new lines of revenue development through wholesale distributors, corporate affiliates, mobile payment and e-commerce Work with finance, e-commerce, legal and brand teams to ensure ongoing legal compliance and reporting for new funding model implementation Act as key contact for retailers as it pertains to customer giving pitches, goal setting, reporting and annual planning Attend annual regional summits to represent OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation partnership through awards, presentations and overall visibility and act as the liaison for brand partners at programming activations and plan on-site stewardship activities to recognize the ongoing commitment to partner Work with each brand and the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation marketing teams to identify and understand in-store needs to ensure successful customer giving campaigns Plan and activate annual cause-marketing plans with brand partners that highlight on peak activation periods and opportunities of interest; track, analyze and report results and outcomes Analyze fundraising reports to determine effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements Develop ELT, store/employee recognition programs and oversee fulfillment of contests, prizes, and recognition Manage and report out monthly data metrics to leadership for campaigns and progress to date analysis Oversee any additional event planning required to meet annual stewardship and development goals Other duties as assigned by Sr Director, NA Giving

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in related field 5+ years fundraising experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to make compelling public presentations Possess strong interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals, including executives, highly engaged volunteers and internal stakeholders Must be a collaborative, inquisitive, and resourceful team player with a passion for driving executional excellence Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Entrepreneurial in identifying new opportunities that will advance the partnership and capacity of OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation and/or brand partners

 

Pay Range: 101,934.00  - 163,852.20 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
