Corporate Security Intelligence Analyst
Position Summary: The Corporate Security Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with the intradepartmental leaders and external Intelligence Community Organizations for intelligence gathering and research. This position will identify business, geopolitical and travel threats or persons of interest related to protection and/or investigations of Penske associates, locations, assets or brand. Analyze vetted intelligence data sharing tools in collaboration with public and private partner agencies to provide high quality written and verbal analysis. The position will also utilize a variety of security software programs and a case management system to collect investigative details, threats and/or risks to the Penske brand. This position further involves continuous improvement of Penske’s intelligence analytics and reporting tools to meet the needs of our field, corporate and executive audiences.
Major Responsibilities: • Proactively analyze Corporate Security alerts, intelligence data, threats and risk within our security and partner programs for prevention to share with investigative internal parties. • Create and maintain strong Partner/Government agency relationships with the purpose of data analysis. • Collaborate with interdepartmental analysts to create and maintain strong interdepartmental relationship and data research. • Research and analyze POI and considerable threats to associates, locations, assets or brand. • Communicate alerts via bulletins and alerts for internal/external threats throughout the enterprise programs • Maintain Dashboard and Reports for leadership/field users. • Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Criminal Justic or other related fields. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required. • Military/government clearance preferred. • Minimum of 2 years experience or combination of high-level Security, intelligence gathering, and/or Fusion Center experience preferred • Proficient Knowledge of current security trends and programs • Intelligence gathering and assessing • Research relevant threats/risks and person of interest • Research tools including social media  • Proficient writing and Reporting skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including excel formulas, pivot tables)   • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to coordinate communications and protocols based on threats or risks to the enterprise • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
