SUMMARY The Corporate Revenue Intern is responsible for tasks supporting data validation, data entry and configuration within a revenue forecast system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • 20 hours per week, flexible based on business needs of the project deadline• Completion of historical data validation within various revenue areas including, Rooms, F&B, Events, Spa and Other Income• Assist in configuration tasks of a revenue forecast system• Obtain hands on experience in a revenue forecast system • Introduction to various properties, Revenue Management and Finance leaders, supporting departments and the opportunity to collaborate QUALIFICATIONS • High school or equivalent education required. Previous hospitality experience and current hospitality discipline preferred• Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, math skills as well as financial analysis capabilities required• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Self-motivated and detail oriented; a problem solver and project manager • Quick learner with the ability to multi-task• Demonstrated commitment to maintain high level of confidentiality PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment. The pay scale for the Corporate Revenue Intern is $20.00. The pay scale is the base hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
