About the Role
We are looking for someone who can effectively support and manage remuneration and benefits (R&B) programs. Assist in researching and implementing competitive (R&B) programs and policies and oversees all design and administration.
The candidate will be responsible for the administration of Remunerations department that consists of but not limited to:
Analyze and benchmark compensation trends and practices to ensure competitive positioning to attract and retain talent. Manage international compensation structures based on assigned portfolio. Participate in the Pay review approval process, SMA, Movement Forms and other salary-related processes. Accommodation/Vehicle requests for the outstations posted staff. Review proposals for renewals or issue of Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, etc. as per the approved terms and conditions.
