GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To provide the best candidates (character & competency) to hiring managers to fill positions that will allow the company to accomplish its vision and mission, and in alignment with its guiding principles. Proactively partner with the Supervisor, Corporate Talent Acquisition and broader TA team to fill requisitions in a timely manner, by providing a diverse and qualified talent pool. Ensure the flow of a regular, effective communication pipeline with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide multiple, well qualified candidates for each job posting.
2. Ensure that candidates possess A-Player potential and have been sufficiently screened prior to interviews by management.
3. Assess candidates for their level of commitment and retention with the company. Ensure that candidates align with our four Principles: Integrity, Respect, Citizenship, and Spirit.
4. Maintain a positive experience for both candidates hired and not hired during recruitment process.
5. Complete positions from the process flow as assigned.
6. Utilize the best practice methods for recruiting/screening and selection.
7. Provide status updates for hiring managers on a regular cadence.
8. Partner with vendors and social media reps to capitalize on investments.
9. Interact with all levels of the organization for collaboration.
10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
