About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions.

What You'll Do Full-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade rolesSourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentProactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networksBuild and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical rolesAttend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiativesStakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trendsProvide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline healthCollaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goalsCandidate Experience & Process ManagementEnsure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experienceCoordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processesMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Market Insights & Continuous ImprovementTrack recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvementsStay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activitySupport employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives What You'll Bring Experience & Skills3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industriesProven ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in competitive marketsStrong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms)Core CompetenciesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing prioritiesResults-driven with a sense of urgency and accountabilityHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentMinimum EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredEquivalent experience will be considered What You'll Get
