About this RolePAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions.
