About this Role PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting + Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles + Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements + Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development + Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks + Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles + Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives Stakeholder Partnership + Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends + Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health + Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals Candidate Experience & Process Management + Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience + Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes + Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Market Insights & Continuous Improvement + Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements + Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity + Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives What You'll Bring Experience & Skills + 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industries + Proven ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets + Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms) Core Competencies + Strong communication and relationship-building skills + Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities + Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability + High attention to detail and organizational skills + Adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Minimum Education + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred + Equivalent experience will be considered What You'll Get PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including: + 100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents + 100% employer-paid basic life insurance + 100% employer-paid disability benefits + 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution + Paid Time Off (sick and vacation) + Paid Holidays + Tuition Assistance + Wellness and Mental Health Programs + Learning and Development Programs PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
