As a Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full cycle recruitment process for corporate functions, including Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Business Operations. You will serve as a trusted business partner to functional leaders and hiring managers, providing market insights, role calibration, and hiring strategy guidance. Your role will involve conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' functional expertise, business impact, and cultural alignment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance for corporate functions.Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers by providing market insights and hiring strategy guidance.Conduct high-quality initial interviews to assess candidates' expertise and cultural alignment.Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across corporate disciplines.Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and evaluation criteria.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the company’s culture and values.Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to improve processes and drive excellence.Maintain ATS accuracy and data integrity to support efficient hiring workflows.Support broader recruiting initiatives, including process improvement and employer branding efforts.Essential Skills3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or tech industry.Experience recruiting corporate skillsets within HR, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations.Proficiency in recruiting, technical recruiting, and full cycle recruiting.Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience or an associate degree with 2+ years of experience.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence, negotiate, and clearly articulate value to candidates and hiring teams.Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a high level of personal accountability.Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.Work EnvironmentThe role is onsite with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. The current location is in El Segundo but will be moving to North Redondo near the 405 freeway this year.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
