Job Title: Corporate RecruiterJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across growing Operations and Corporate functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Operations and Finance leadership, managing full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from strategic hires to high-volume temporary staffing initiatives. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while achieving hiring goals throughout the organization.

ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary talent acquisition partner for Operations and Finance teams, supporting functions such as logistics, client services, tax, accounting, FP&A, and related corporate groups.Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles at multiple levels, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.Drive an efficient, high-quality interview process by partnering closely with hiring managers and coordinating candidate evaluation and selection.Source and attract top talent using a mix of channels including referrals, recruiting tools, and professional networks.Support both strategic searches and high-volume temporary recruiting initiatives as business needs dictate.Advance the diversity recruiting strategy and ensure inclusive hiring practices.Use recruiting data and analytics to provide insights, track progress, and support hiring decisions.Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a professional and engaging experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on communication, transparency, and efficiency.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree required.Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting corporate, operations, or finance functions.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers.Experience supporting both strategic hiring and higher-volume recruiting initiatives.Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse and others.Work Environment

This position is based on-site. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a professional and adaptable approach.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
