Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
Join our team as a Corporate Recruiter, where you will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment. This includes creating and posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, providing candidate recommendations, scheduling interviews, and extending offers of employment. You will communicate job requirements, expectations, and company culture to candidates, ensuring clarity and understanding for all parties involved. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to identify necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities for each opening and initiate the onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job advertisement creation, resume review, phone screenings, and extending job offers.Communicate job requirements, expectations, and company culture to candidates in a professional and timely manner.Partner with hiring managers to identify skills and selection criteria for qualified candidates.Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.Participate in college recruitment efforts by identifying new opportunities and attending career fairs.Assist with and lead various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.Utilize tools and resources to identify active and passive candidates.Lead routine staffing update meetings with hiring teams.Track and report metrics related to talent acquisition.Essential Skills

The role offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, contingent on performance and after an initial period of six months.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
