The bilingual recruiter - CALA (Central and Latin America) is part of the Americas recruiting team, and reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader - Americas. This recruiter will provide full cycle recruiting support and direct sourcing for salaried roles within the CALA region, from point of requisition approval through offer acceptance and pre-employment verification. Your experience as a recruiting consultant will be leveraged to develop and foster ongoing collaborative working partnerships. This role requires a high level of consulting with business leaders, fellow recruiters, channel partners, and HR colleagues across CommScope. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Leading efforts to develop innovative recruiting strategies and best practices for recruiting + Develop and execute creative approaches to direct sourcing, cold calling, competitor research, internet search, networking and referrals, as well as traditional sourcing methods + Identify, assess, evaluate and present top talent + Responsible for keeping timely and accurate candidate tracking records in the applicant tracking system + Assist in the management of third party recruiting agency referrals and relationships + Act as recruiting subject matter expert and change champion for the CALA region; provide coaching on recruiting processes and practices + Staying current with industry and staffing trends and relevant companies and competitive data + Ensuring compliance with appropriate employment laws, regulations and corporate policies + Provide EEO compliance data and other reports as required + Leading and representing the team on projects and key initiatives **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Excellent bilingual (Spanish / English) business language skills, including fluency in both verbal and written communications • 2+ years industry recognized applicant tracking system experience **You'll excite us if you have:** + Build and execute pro-active sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions + Exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques + Work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations + Influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members + Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures, including an understanding of CALA legal recruiting requirements • Direct sourcing experience using multiple outlets to build a pipeline of passive candidates (i.e. internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, and company research) • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills **What Happens After You Apply?** Learn how to prepare yourself for the next steps in our hiring process by visiting https://jobs.commscope.com/content/How-We-Hire/?locale=en\_US **Why CommScope?** CommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
