Summary: Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support recruitment for various manufacturing roles at Mitsubishi Power Systems.

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing

Preferred Skills:

Experience using SuccessFactor is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit for diverse roles including LI, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Management Participate in local college job fairs during after hours/weekends Manage high volume recruiting with a focus on direct applicants (70%) and sourcing (30%) Work with colleagues across all levels from production to VP level

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
