We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Recruiter to help us identify and attract top talent, drive company growth, and support individuals in building successful careers. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—for a variety of corporate functions, with a primary focus on recruiting for IT positions and supporting the Corporate IT internship program.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about discovering untapped talent. They will partner closely with IT leaders, hiring managers across departments, universities, and external organizations to develop strong pipelines and ensure the best possible hiring outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Actively source, attract, and engage candidates using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, Handshake, as well as other networking outlets, job boards, and social media.Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications.Screen applicants, conduct behavioral-based prescreen interviews, and present and schedule top candidates to hiring managers.Manage the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive impression of the company.Maintain accurate candidate records in databases and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus).Establish and manage university/college relationships and attend career fairs, networking events, and classroom visits to promote opportunities.Oversee and support the Corporate IT internship program.Organize and facilitate post-interview debrief sessions with hiring teams.Stay current with recruiting trends, platforms, and compliance with employment law.

Job Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably, in Human Resources, Business, Communications, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

2–5 years of corporate recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience (1+ yr required; 3+ yrs preferred).Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems.Demonstrated success using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Handshake, and other professional networks.Excellent working knowledge of IT skill sets (software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, etc.) with the ability to effectively evaluate and match candidate qualifications to technical requirements.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills.Familiarity with employment law and best practices.Experience supporting internship or early-career programs preferred.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit for extended periods working on a computer.Ability to talk on and hear the telephone.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Work Environment

General office environment where the noise level is usually low.Occasional travel is required for career fairs, campus visits, or recruitment events.
