Corporate Project Manager II, Retail Media
Responsibilities Overview: At H‑E‑B, People come first. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Partner to join our Digital Marketing team as a Corporate Project Manager II supporting Retail Media initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage creative project workflows for advertising campaigns from national brands on H‑E‑B’s digital platforms. You’ll act as the liaison between Account Managers and Creative teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within brand guidelines and with excellence. Retail Media Project Management: Support the execution of creative project workflows for retail media campaigns across H‑E‑B’s digital platforms (i.e. display ads, sponsored content, email, social). Act as the primary liaison between Account Managers and Creative teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain project documentation, including communication plans, risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation. Monitor project status and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines, retailer specifications and platform requirements. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of retail media operations. What is your background? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field (or comparable experience). 3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing or retail media. Experience using project management platforms (Workfront preferred; familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello is a plus).
