Program Overview
This 12-month structured development program combines customized learning experiences with intensive specialization training, designed to align with your professional growth objectives. Talents will gain comprehensive exposure through rotational assignments across key departments, leadership responsibilities in team-based projects, and hands-on management tasks. Additionally, the program offers access to curated leadership development initiatives, fostering both operational excellence and a service-driven mindset, and the opportunity to contribute to Hyatt World of Care Programs.
Job Purpose
Corporate Management Trainee - Front Office is responsible for overseeing hotel operations overall activities of the Lobby to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as required by the hotel standard. Basically, to manage the Front desk operation and deal with the customers as needs as the representatives of The Management and must have knowledge of the hotel product and all hotel area. Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the Front Office and Hotel public area. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the Front Desk, Concierge services. The Role also involves maintaining high standards of courtesy and competence in room operations and guest services by providing effective leadership and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, facilities and services.

Qualifications
- Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and a second language is preferable.
- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor (FO) position.
- Skills: Strong in analytical, problem-solving skills, and execution of work
- Personal Attribute: Have empathy, genuinely keen in reaching out to guests, team, suppliers and the community

- Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field
