**Description:**
The Andaz One Bangkok Management Trainee Program is a specialized development journey designed for young talents who are ready to grow into future leaders within the hospitality industry.
Throughout the program, participants will receive personalized coaching from department leaders, and work on impactful projects to enhance their managerial capabilities. This program aims to equip trainees with the knowledge, confidence, and skill set required to step into a supervisory or managerial role within the Andaz brand and the global Hyatt family.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong passion for hospitality, with a genuine interest in people, service, and creating personalized guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage confidently with guests.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand.
