It aims to build a strong foundation for participants to progress toward becoming a Leadership Committee member within 5 to 8 years, based on performance, leadership potential, and mobility. Structured development program combines customized learning experiences with intensive specialization training, designed to align with your professional growth objectives. Talents will gain comprehensive exposure through rotational assignments across key departments, leadership responsibilities in team-based projects, and hands-on management tasks. Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
Accept opportunities to learn new skills,

Solve routine problems that occur on the job
Ask questions when not sure how to complete something
Learn new skills as quickly as most others in the same job.
Engage in task-based assignments and learning activities to develop operational expertise
