Beacon Hill is partnersing with a highly regarded D.C.-based boutique law firm that is seeking a mid-level corporate M&A attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join its Business & Transactions practice. A high percentage of the firm's clients are government contractors, so prior experience in that space (or a strong interest in learning) are highly valued.

Competitive candidates will be well-acquainted with representing government contractors in deals, and prepared to lead matters from day one. Outstanding experience drafting/negotiating purchase agreements, financings, operating agreements & more are required.

This associate will have great direct client exposure and the option to work fully remote or come into an office in D.C. Salaries start at $200K+ depending on experience.
