🎯 Your Role

Reporting to the Continental Europe Legal Director, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing legal advice to sales, procurement, finance, and other support teams.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (NDAs, general terms and conditions, tenders, service agreements, rental agreements, etc.).

Supporting the preparation of tenders in collaboration with sales and finance teams.

Conducting legal research and monitoring local and international regulations.

Managing litigation follow-up and reporting.

Handling corporate secretarial duties.

🧠 Your Profile – What We’re Looking For

✅ Education: Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Law – mandatory
✅ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a commercial law firm or in-house legal department, ideally in an international environment
✅ Languages:

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Spanish, Italian or German is a strong asset
