Location: In‑office Mon–Thu | Remote Fridays

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a high‑impact contract recruiting role supporting the corporate IT organization of a major cruise line company headquartered in Florida. Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate IT and product rolesPartner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisorSource and screen active and passive technical candidatesConduct behavioral and technical interviewsCoordinate interviews, offers, and candidate communicationsCollaborate with HR, Compensation, and HRIS teamsEnsure a strong candidate experience from first contact to start dateQualifications3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experienceExperience recruiting technical and IT rolesStrong sourcing and stakeholder management skillsATS experience (PeopleSoft preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $46.50/hr.
