Location: In‑office Mon–Thu | Remote Fridays

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a high‑impact contract recruiting role supporting the corporate IT organization of a major cruise line company headquartered in Florida. The cruise line industry is one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the state, offering long‑term career visibility and future opportunities across technology, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate IT and product rolesPartner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisorSource and screen active and passive technical candidatesConduct behavioral and technical interviewsCoordinate interviews, offers, and candidate communicationsCollaborate with HR, Compensation, and HRIS teamsEnsure a strong candidate experience from first contact to start dateQualifications3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experienceExperience recruiting technical and IT rolesStrong sourcing and stakeholder management skillsATS experience (PeopleSoft preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $46.50/hr.
