This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 - August 2026.What You Will DoThis role is part of the Income Tax group within Tax Operations. Key responsibilities of the role could include: Assist with gathering and analyzing data, performing computations, and preparing work papers for tax returns, provisions, forecasts and projects Assisting with the preparation of federal, state and/or Canadian corporate income tax estimates, extensions and returns for a diverse group of businesses conducting multi-national operations Collaborating with tax, business and accounting partners to obtain data necessary for tax calculations and reporting Identifying tax process enhancements and automation opportunities Acting as an embedded team member within Disney’s Corporate Tax Center of Excellence (COE) Drafting user manuals for the department to outline Standard Operating Guidelines Required Qualifications & SkillsTakes initiative and has a process improvement mind set (Tech Savvy) Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines Adaptable to change, easily pivotsEnjoys working in a highly collaborative teamwork environment Possess an analytical mindset Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skillsPreferred QualificationsWorking towards your CPAExposure to advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP’s, SQL)Exposure to Alteryx and/or Power BIEducation Junior or Senior preferred Major or previous coursework in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related fieldEligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipBe at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationHave not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College ProgramAdditional Information

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
