Corporate Income Tax Graduate Intern, Spring 2026

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 -August 2026.

What You Will DoThis role is part of the Income Tax group within Tax Operations. Key responsibilities of the role could include: Gathering and analyzing high-level data, performing computations, and preparing work papers for tax returns, provisions, forecasts and projects Preparing federal, state and/or Canadian corporate income tax estimates, extensions and returns for a diverse group of businesses conducting multi-national operations Collaborating with tax, business and accounting partners to obtain data necessary for tax calculations and reporting Identifying tax process enhancements and automation opportunities  Acting as an embedded team member within Disney’s Corporate Tax Center of Excellence (COE) Drafting user manuals for the department to outline Standard Operating Guidelines 

Required Qualifications & SkillsTakes initiative and has a process improvement mind set (Tech Savvy) Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines  Adaptable to change, easily pivotsAn effective team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environmentStrong analytical mindset Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills

Preferred QualificationsWorking towards your CPAAdvanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP’s, SQL)Experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI

Education Currently enrolled in a GRADUATE degree program in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a GRADUATE degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR a graduate student currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipBe at least 18 years of age​Possess unrestricted work authorization​Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $30.40 per hour.
