PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Corporate Engagement Specialist (CES) holds a strategic function in the development, execution, and evaluation of targeted marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate partnerships and increasing local donation revenue to support World Vision’s mission of child well-being.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is accountable for the end-to-end coordination of marketing activities tailored to corporate audiences. Key responsibilities include designing Private Non-Sponsorship (PNS) products, integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing brand-aligned communications, managing stakeholder engagement strategies, and ensuring the effective delivery of value propositions to existing and prospective corporate donors.

S/he will play a critical role in coordinating among cross functions teams and business partners from Communication and Resource Acquisition, cultivating and strengthening relationships with corporate partners by articulating World Vision’s impact, aligning partnership opportunities with corporate social responsibility objectives, and fostering long-term, purpose-driven collaboration.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

I.Develop strategy and identify growth opportunities

Research and profile potential corporate partners based on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments.Prepare prospect briefs and tailored outreach materials.Support initial contact and pre-positioning activities

II.Manage the Full Donor Lifecycle for Corporate Partners to achieve corporate partnership growth target and retention rate

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned corporate donors.Support onboarding, reporting, recognition, and stewardship activities.Ensure donor commitments are met in collaboration with internal teams.

III. Lead marketing initiatives for corporate engagement

Coordinate development of marketing products and fundraising collaterals.Work with Communications and Programs to ensure brand compliance and impact-driven messaging.Support implementation of corporate fundraising events and campaigns.

IV. Foster Strong Internal Collaboration and Promote a Values-Driven Work Environment in delivering outcomes

Closely collaborate and work with Business Partners from Comms, Resource Acquisition, and Operations

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, Communications, Donor Relations, Arts, International Development, International Relations or similarMinimum 5 years’ experience in marketing/ customer services with a focus on donor engagementProven track record of developing and executing successful product/ proposal development or marketing campaigns.High level cross-cultural interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to coordinate team capacity and manage a diverse range of stakeholders with often competing requestsProven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong project management capabilities with full attention to detail.Experience in Sustainability/CSR would be an advantage.Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset.Understanding of CSR (corporate social responsibility) and ESG criterias.Ability to understand and create powerful, engaging, and compelling narratives for donor engagement and trustExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Khmer and English)The role is based in the Phnom Penh office with occasional travel to Area Programs and Zonal Offices (15-20%)
