Corporate Development Officer
Description The Corporate Development Officer will lead corporate development efforts in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape. This executive will drive growth through M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic investments across the healthcare continuum, including payers, providers, digital health, and life sciences. The role requires industry knowledge, a deep understanding of capital markets, healthcare regulations, business models, and value-based care, along with proven experience executing complex deals and partnerships in the sector. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and impact of executed deals, integration outcomes, strategic alignment, and contribution to long-term enterprise value. Skills Mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, executive leadership, healthcare industry, investment banking, management consulting Additional Skills & Qualifications • 10-15+ years of experience in corporate development, healthcare M&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting. • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, and/or digital health sectors. • Proven experience sourcing, structuring, and integrating deals in a highly regulated environment. • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills. • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred. Preferred Attributes: • Track record of success in value-based care, risk-based models, or vertically integrated healthcare systems. • Experience working with CMS, HIPAA, and other U.S. healthcare regulatory frameworks. • Familiarity with digital health trends, interoperability, AI/ML applications, and healthcare IT infrastructure. • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in a complex, mission-driven organization.
